Welcome to Birmingham City FC's Customer Charter for the 2012/13 Season, in which we explain many of our policies and procedures which affect YOU as a supporter of our Football Club.
Contained within this document, we will detail how we will meet the objectives of our Charter throughout the past season in relation to many aspects of our business. From supporter consultation, ticketing, equality, anti-racism and facilities for the various matters that arose over the course of the 2011|12 Season.
