Only season ticket holders and members have an exclusive opportunity to earn points every time* they spend at the club.
That means that every time you buy a season ticket, ticket for a home game, spend money in the club chop or even attend a stadium tour, you will get a percentage back in points that can be redeemed against future tickets, club merchandise or even off your season ticket the following season.*

Once you have accrued enough points these can be redeemed back with us.

How can I earn points?
You can earn points by spending at the club. Points will be awarded as a percentage of spend in different areas of the club.
The percentages available to 2012/13 season ticket holders are:
5% of the value of any additional home tickets purchased will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
10% of the value of each spend in the Blues Superstore or Online Store will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
20% of the value of all stadium tours booked will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
1% of your season ticket value will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
10% of the value of any events booked at the club will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
The percentages available for 2012/13 Members are:
25% of the price of your membership will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points (e.g. 250 points (worth £2.50) straight back to you to spend as Blues Loyalty Points)
10% of the value of any stadium tour booking will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
5% of the value of each spend in the Blues Superstore or Online Store will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
1% of the value of each home league match ticket purchased will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
1% of the value of each home cup ticket purchased will be credited to you as Blues Loyalty Points
How do I redeem these points?
Points can be redeemed at the point of sale at the club shop or ticket office. 1 point = 1p, so 500 points can be converted into £5 worth of spend back.
Points from the ticket office can be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Points from the club shop can be redeemed 28 days after purchase.
