The 19-year-old moves to Carrow Road for an undisclosed fee to further his development in the top flight with former Blues boss Chris Hughton.
Redmond, who had just 12-months remaining on his Blues contract, has spent the last 11 years with the club.
Having graduated through the club’s successful academy system, Redmond became the second-youngest Blues debutant behind Trevor Francis, aged 16 years and 173 days, when he burst onto the scene in the 2010/11 season.
The Brummie starlet continued to make an impact during the 2011/12 campaign before last season becoming a regular starter under Lee Clark. A fine finish to the season prompted a late call-up to the England U21 squad for this summer’s UEFA U21 European Championship.
He leaves Blues having made 82 appearances and scoring nine goals.
