Blues Ladies forward Karen Carney played 73 minutes as England crashed out of Euro 2013.

The 25-year-old Brummie started for Hope Powell's side in Linkoping, Sweden as England were well-beaten 3-0 by France.

Having followed an opening 3-2 loss to Spain with a 1-1 draw with France, the result confirmed the Three Lions' exit from the tournament.

Fellow Blues Ladies duo Laura Bassett and Jade Moore were unused subs on a disappointing night.
