Bobby Moseley

Blues defender Bobby Moseley played the full match for the Republic of Ireland U19s against Sweden on Saturday.

The Republic recorded an impressive 1-0 win against their Swedish hosts in Angelholms.

The victory came on the back of a 2-0 success against Azerbaijan on Thursday, in which Moseley also played the full match

The young Republic side face Bosnia & Herzegovina on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Blues' Manchester United loanee Jesse Lingard was in action for the England U21 side against San Marino.

The Three Lions were comfortable 4-0 winners in the Euro qualifying fixture at the Olympic Stadium in San Marino.

Lingard replaced another former Blues loanee - Ravel Morrison, in the 55th minute.

Finally, on-loan Newcastle winger played for Northern Ireland as they suffered a disappointing 2-0 away to minnows Azerbaijan in their World Cup qualifying fixture.

Friday's loss meant that Azerbaijan climbed above Michael O'Neill's side into fifth place in Group F.
