The latest on the Blues youngsters out on loan at lower league clubs...

Will Packwood played the full match for Bristol Rovers at the weekend, as the League Two side won their first away game of the season against Oxford United.

The Pirates beat Oxford 1-0 at the Kassam Stadium thanks to a 71st minute penalty conversion by John-Joe O’Toole.

It was also the second successive match that John Ward's side had kept a clean sheet.

Rovers are in FA Cup action this coming Friday against York, but Packwood is not permitted to play as part of his loan deal.

Full-back Amari'i Bell (pictured) was in Skrill Premier League action for Nuneaton Town on Saturday.

Bell completed the full game for the Boro as they were held to a 2-2 draw by bottom club Hyde FC.

The result saw Nuneaton drop to tenth place in their division - three points off a play-off spot.

Elsewhere young striker Reece Hales was on the losing side for Worcester City in their Skrill North match.

Worcester were beaten 1-0 by promotion hopefuls North Ferriby United at Aggborough.

Finally, Ryan Higgins was an unused substitute for Tamworth as they held in-form Braintree to a 0-0 in their Skrill Premier League fixture.

This was despite the Lambs being reduced to ten men after Charlie Allen was sent off in the first half.
