Will Packwood returned to the starting line-up for Bristol Rovers at the weekend in their Sky Bet League Two game against Bury.

The American youth international played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw at the Memorial Ground, having previously sat out Rovers' FA Cup tie  against York.

Saturday's match was Packwood's fifth appearance for the West Country outfit.

The Pirates made the best possible start when they took the lead after just three minutes from the penalty spot. But the visitors equalised just before the break to claim a share of the spoils.

Despite drawing two and winning one of their last three games, Rovers remain in 20th spot, just a point above the drop zone.

Elsewhere, defender Amari'i Bell was in action for loan club Nuneaton Town.

Bell completed the full match for the Boro as they snatched a last-gasp 2-1 win away at Welling United.

Nuneaton are currently just a point off the Skrill Premier League play-off places.

To date, Bell has made 16 appearances for Nuneaton.
