Lee Clark and Lee Novak reflect on a memorable afternoon at Ewood Park

Lee Clark on his side's victory against Blackburn Rovers...

"It's what we call a fantastic away performance in the first-half. We defended solidly and restricted Blackburn to minimum chances, scored three terrific goals and maybe could have scored more.

"We knew there'd be a change in terms of Blackburn and their personnel and formation and it proved a bit of an issue for us. When it got to 3-1 to be honest with you we had a superb chance to make it 4-1 but a terrific save off Simon Eastwood, their goalkeeper, from Andrew Shinnie and then they go down the other end and make it 3-2.

"I thought then we had to match them, we had to get two strikers up the field and start giving them more problems again so we done that and we think it worked in our favour. We caught them on the break two or three times and could have done better in the second half to keep the margin the same but I thought it was an exciting game."

Lee Clark on the unbeaten run...

"I'm delighted with it, I think we've been solid. The effort and application and desire of the group is phenomenal, if points were given out for that we'd be running away with the division.

"Obviously there's a lot more aspects to football than that but that's the basis and that's what any fan asks for and if they get that then they can accept mistakes and defeats but my players are giving the fans and the club everything they've got."

Lee Clark on a potential push for the play-offs...

"What we're doing is we'll still continue to chip away at the top 10, that's what i'm looking for. We're four points off the top 10, we're nine away from the bottom three because we're still aware of that because it's so tight."

Lee Novak on the win over Blackburn...

"It was a great win, second-half we showed we're resilient as well. We knew they were going to come out, they bought the big man on up front but we showed what a good team we are in defending, hard to break down as well.

"They can have all the possession they want but at the end of the day we went three goals up, should have done a bit better second-half but at the end of the day it's all about three points and we've done that coming to a hard place, with a team full of Premiership players really we showed what a great team we are."

Lee Novak on his spectacular second goal...

"I looked out wide but Burkey wasn't there and I heard Olly, Olly's claiming an assist saying 'just shoot, just shoot' then luckily for me it's just flew in but i've never scored a better goal than that."

Lee Novak on the hectic fixture schedule...

"The effort was phenomenal. Everyone's put in a right shift even the lads who've come on.

"It's a busy, hectic period but as long as we can keep winning we're going to be happy."
