Lee Clark gives his reaction to Tuesday night's defeat at Watford.

Clark on the result...

"We didn't get what we deserved; certainly in second half I thought we were excellent. In the first half there were too many regrets and we gave a disappointing goal away. We've got to have players who are prepared to get hurt to keep that ball out our net and we didn't do that. It's frustrating and I'm frustrated for the players because in the second half especially we were excellent."

Clark on Troy Deeney's goal...

"He's got it deflected past Darren. To lose anyway is horrible but that is a bad way. We're really disappointed because of the goal we've given away and it's cost us at least a point."

Clark on the second half display...

"We were bright and on the front foot. We played and put their back three or five under pressure whichever way you want to take it and caused them far more problems. We should have got something from the game."

Clark on the Huddersfield match...

"We have got to dust ourselves down and we've got to win this game by hook or by crook. I'm not bothered, the performance is irrelevant, it's the win that's important to me."
