The England U19 joins until the end of the season on a youth loan
having impressed in the Reds' youth ranks in recent seasons.
Commenting on the arrival of the 18-year-old, Clark told bcfc.com: "I'm absolutely delighted. I've been chasing him for a long time. Liverpool initially didn't want to let him out because he's been part of their first-team 18 over the last few weeks and months and he's rated extremely highly by them having just signed a new long-term deal.
"Jordon's a player I've known for a long time going back to when he started his career at Wycombe before Liverpool took him to their club. I've been in conversation with Brendan Rodgers for a few weeks trying to negotiate getting Jordon to come to us and thankfully we got it over the line. There was lots of other clubs in for him as you can imagine with him being a highly talented young player and we're delighted he's decided to join us.
"He's very quick and very strong for a young boy. He's predominantly a wide man on either side, comfortable on the left or the right, and he likes to attack opponents. I just felt we needed another one of those players to change those games that are a bit tight in our favour.
"Certainly in the home games when we've needed a bit more guile and something to change it in our favour, Jordon possesses that. What we've got to temper that with is that he's still extremely young but we believe that we've got ourselves a fantastically-talented player."
