Huws has missed Blues' last two games because of injury and Adeyemi the last three.
"Tom Adeyemi and Emyr Huws are both back," confirmed boss Lee Clark.
"They are very influential players. Certainly Emyr in his first four or five games was the standout player and was approaching being one of the best players in the Championship with his ability as an all-round midfield player.
"Tom has shown over the course of the season, against some top teams – and I think back to his performances against Swansea and Stoke, that given time there is a top player in there and he can develop."
In addition to the midfield pairing above, Lee Novak is also almost back up to full fitness.
"Lee Novak is closer to 100 per cent," added Clark. "He played against Bournemouth when he wasn’t 100 per cent, to do the best of the team, so we’re really positive on that side of it."
