Paul Caddis believes Blues paid the price for not taking their chances in the defeat at Middlesbrough.

The visitors were dominant in the opening exchanges but failed to capitalise on a number of opportunities to open the scoring.

Speaking after the game, Caddis said: "It was very much a games of two halves. In the first half we were really on top but I think when you're on top in football you must take your chances and we didn't do that.

"Second half was a bit different to be honest we didn't have as many clear-cut chances and although they went down to nine men it was pretty tough," he added.
