Can underdogs Birmingham City Ladies do the unthinkable and reach the UEFA Women's Champions League final?

David Parker's squad fly out to Sweden this weekend for their semi-final second-leg against hot favourites Tyresö FF on Sunday (27 April, 1.45pm kick-off UK time).

Following an impressive 0-0 draw at the Autotech Stadium last Saturday, Blues will be hoping to upset the odds against their hosts, who have Brazil striker and five-times FIFA Women's Player of the Year Marta in their ranks.

Regardless of the result, the fixture will cap an incredible European journey for the FA Women's Super League side who have already seen off Finns PK-35 Vantaa, Russians FK Zorkiy and familiar foes Arsenal Ladies in only their second UEFA Women's Champions League. And who would bet against them reaching the final at the Estadio do Restelo in Lisbon on Thursday 22 May?

Birmingham City's media partners BBC WM will be running live, kick-by-kick audio commentary from Sunday's semi-final second-leg from 1pm via Rob Gurney on 95.6FM, while you'll also be able to follow updates of all the build up and the match itself via @birmcitylfc and on Blues Ladies' official Facebook page here.

Also be sure to head over to www.birminghamcityladiesfc.co.uk for previews across the course of the weekend and the report/reaction after the final whistle.

Good luck, ladies - make the unthinkable become a reality!
