Blues Ladies trio named in England squad

Blues Ladies midfielders Remi Allen, Karen Carney and Jade Moore have been selected in the England Ladies long squad for their forthcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying fixtures.

England Ladies travel to Belarus next month where they will play the host country at the Traktor Stadium in Minsk on Saturday 14 June (5pm kick-off local time).

Five days later they will take on Ukraine at the Arena Lviv stadium in Ukraine on Thursday 19 June (6pm kick-off local time).

The Three Lions currently top Group 6, having won all six matches to date without conceding a goal. 

The initial squad of 30 will be trimmed down to 23, with the details confirmed on Tuesday 3 June.
