The Irish playmaker is one of nine new faces on the club's pre-season trip to his homeland and he feels the squad has integrated well.
Speaking about the trip, Gleeson said: "It’s been really tough. It’s nice to get a game the other night to obviously put the work into practice. Obviously we’re still not where we want to be but we’re working our socks off.
"I think we’ve got another five or six games. We can run as much as we want but we’re all looking forward to them games back in England."
