Koby Arthur has joined Cheltenham Town on a six-month youth loan.

The 18-year-old winger joins the Sky Bet League Two side until January 3 and will be looking to build on his loan spell at Conference Premier side Lincoln City last season.

The diminutive Ghanaian made his first-team breakthrough in April 2013 and has gone on to make four senior appearances for Blues, while being a regular for the U21s.

Arthur finished the 2013/14 campaign gaining further first-team experience in the top tier of non-league football where he chalked up six appearances for the Imps.

The terms of his loan move to Cheltenham will still allow the player to represent Blues U21s, for whom he scored twice during a 5-0 behind-closed-doors friendly win over Wigan Athletic earlier this week.
