Birmingham City's David Cotterill spoke to BluesTV after his side's 2-2 draw against Ipswich Town.

"We were unfortunate not to take the three points again." said the Welsh winger.

"I thought we were comfortable for the win at the end, but it was a great ball, and they've luckily snuck the draw." he later added.

Blues went in at the interval 1-0 up, but it didn't take the hosts long to pull level after half-time: "We was expecting them to come out the blocks a little bit better in the second half, because Mick McCarthy's teams are always hard-working and tough to beat."

Ipswich defender Christophe Berra headed the visitors level on 50 minutes after Cotterill gave away a free-kick: "It was a stupid foul from me, we've worked on trying not to give them fouls, they are a big team and they're going to punish you if you give them free-kicks."

Donaldson restored Blues' lead before Berra scored his second deep into injury time: "Clayton's taken his goal well and I thought we'd go on and win the game, but obviously it wasn't to be."
