The club scooped the Matchday Hospitality Experience Award in the Championship during a glitzy event at Brighton & Hove Albion's American Express Community Stadium.
It's not the first time that Blues' excellent hospitality has attracted praise as in 2010 the club claimed the top prize in not only the Barclays Premier League but the whole of the UK.
A delighted Carol Deakin, Blues' Head of Conferences & Events, said: "Having won the hospitality awards in 2010, whilst in the Premier League, and now to win again in 2012 in the Championship is a huge achievement for the club.
"I am so proud of my team as it is the hard work and dedication of the staff that has made this happen - bring on next year!"
Blues' Commercial Manager, Ian Dutton, added: "I am so proud of this achievement and there's no doubt that this has been a real team effort. Everybody working at the club has contributed towards this accolade and we all take great pride in maintaining our excellent standards."
