Wales provide the first test for Gordon Sttrachan's team. The Wales national side visit Hampden Park in Glasgow on Friday 22 March.
Then just four days later, Scotland face a tough away fixture against Serbia at the Karadorde Stadium in Novi Sad on Tuesday 26 March.
Burke's inclusion follows an impressive performance for Scotland last month in their friendly fixture against Estonia. It was his first game for the senior side in more than six years.
The 29-year-old winger played half the match in the 1-0 win at Aberdeen's Pittodrie Stadium. He will be hoping to add to his three senior caps for his country.
