Holders Blues Ladies progressed through to the sixth round of the FA Women's Cup with a 3-1 victory in South Wales.

A hat-trick from England international Rachel Williams was enough to wrap up a 3-1 victory over FA Women's Premier League outfit Cardiff City.

Blues, playing in a one-off commemorative away kit which will be auctioned off for Help Harry Help Others, opened the scoring in the 18th minute when Williams headed home.

The Welsh hosts struck back in style at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium with a 25-yard strike from Paige Stewart in the 36th minute.

A second Williams header in the 54th minute got the visitors back in front for a second time before the striker claimed the matchball nine minutes from time.
