Winger Linnett (pictured) arrives from Arsenal while forward Wilkinson joins from neighbouring Aston Villa ahead of the start of the 2013 FA Women’s Super League campaign.
Welcoming the new recruits, Blues Ladies boss David Parker said: "I have no doubt that the addition of these two players can make an impact on the league this season.
“I have seen Kirsty and Katie develop over the last few years at Arsenal and Aston Villa respectively and they have both progressed quickly through the international scene; both representing England U15s, U17s and U19s.
“They will both be of an unknown quantity to some people but those who know the depth of the women’s game will know the quality that we have added to the squad.
“Kirsty is a very explosive and direct winger who made her first-team debut for Arsenal at the age of 17 but has been limited to further progress recently because of injury last year.
“With Katie, we’ll have another powerful centre-forward who has been scoring goals for fun in the National Premier League at Aston Villa since she made her debut at 16.
"With the addition of such players like Kirsty and Katie we are ensuring the long-term success and sustainability for the club while also reaping the early rewards of their prestigious talents and that can only be a good thing for the future of this club."
