The fixture will now take place on Wednesday 28 November, with a 7.45pm kick-off time.
The venue for the match remains as Rushall Olympic FC's Dales Lane Stadium in Rushall near Walsall.
The original tie was due to be played yesterday, but was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
Ticket prices remain at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
