Blues winger Nathan Redmond made his England U21s bow during the 2013 UEFA European U21 Championships opener against Italy.

The 19-year-old Blues Academy graduate played the entirety of the 1-0 defeat to the Italians in Israel.

Despite the loss, Redmond, a late call-up to the final squad for Andros Townsend, was one of the Three Lions' stand out performers at the Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv.

Stuart Pearce's side are next in action against Norway U21s on Saturday (8 June, 5pm kick-off).
