Jack Butland saw his hopes of progressing in the Olympics with Team GB receive a major boost on Sunday evening following their 3-1 win against the UAE.
Stuart Pearce's side took a first half lead at Wembley courtesy of a Ryan Giggs header, before the UAE levelled the scores on the hour mark.
Butland had little chance of saving Eisa's equaliser as the UAE striker evaded defender James Tomkins and stroked the ball past the keeper.
But late goals from former Blues loanee Scott Sinclair and Chelsea's Daniel Sturridge secured the victory.
Team GB now lead their qualifying group with four points and require just a draw against Uruguay in their final game to progress to the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile Blues Ladies duo Eni Aluko and Karen Carney both played 90 minutes as Team GB women eased into the 2012 Olympics quarter-finals with a 3-0 victory over Cameroon at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.
This followed the opening day 1-0 victory over New Zealand in which both Aluko and Carney also played.
