FRANCK'S FRENCH LESSON
The Blues star took time out from training to visit Washwood Heath Technology College in Birmingham. The defender, who was born in Paris, was quizzed by pupils in French during the special hour long session. The visit, which was organised by the school's French teacher Heather Finn-David, was a roaring success with Franck helping the children's French skills as well as signing a few autographs. "It was good to see the response and actually I was amazed by some of the pupils they have because for most of them French is their third language but they spoke it very well," said Queudrue. After the lesson, Heather Finn-David applauded Franck's contribution, she added: "We were thinking about of how to motivate the pupils and that you need positive role models, so why not our French-speaking football players? "Franck kindly agreed to help and we were happy to be able to stress to the pupils that you don't just have to be a teacher if you speak another language, you can be a footballer, any profession you want to be in fact."
