Welcome to Birmingham City FC's Customer Charter for the 2011|12 season, in which we explain many of our policies and procedures which affect YOU as a supporter of our football club.

Contained within this document, we detail how we will meet the objectives of our Charter throughout the season in relation to supporter consultation, ticketing, anti-racism and facilities for the disabled.

We also inform you of various matters that arose over the course ofthe 2010|11 Season. You will also find detailed information which may assist you with your visit to our stadium.
