TicketOffice1We asked you what you wanted from the Club in a recent online 'Have your say' survey. Thank you to everyone that took part, your comments are very much appreciated and will be used to make Birmingham City Football Club better.

One comment that was repeatedly mentioned throughout the survey was that queues on a matchday were too long. In recognition of this  we are pleased to announce that we are opening a brand new dedicated ticket collection point as well as reopening the Main Stand Ticket Office for your convenience.

The new dedicated collection point will be located within the Blues Superstore car park on Cattell Road and will be open on Matchdays only from 11am - kick off*. All tickets for around the stadium must be collected from this point. Please note that you will no longer be able to collect match tickets from the KOP Ticket Office or the Main Stand Ticket Office.

BEAT THE QUEUES AT THE TICKET OFFICE AND BOOK ONLINE BY CLICKING HERE OR CALL 0844 557 1875 (opt 2). Any tickets booked 48 hours prior to a match will have to be collected from the dedicated ticket collection point on a matchday. All tickets purchased before this will be posted out first class the same day.

The newly reopened and refurbished  Main Stand Ticket Office will be open on matchdays only from 9.30am until kick off. All home and away games that are on sale can be purchased on a matchday from this area.

*Opening times of the dedicated collection point and Main Stand Ticket Office will vary depending on kick off time.

All card transactions are subject to a £2.00 booking fee.
