Blues went top of the table after this afternoon's thrilling local derby win over Wolves at the Molineux in a game that had everything including an injury-time penalty save from Colin Doyle to clinch the points.
Wolves were well on top in the first half before Andrew Cole scored his first goal for the club at the start of the second half.

Amazingly Blues' never-say-die attitude kept them alive with Nicklas Bendtner drawing level before Cameron Jerome coolly slotting home the winner two
minutes from time.
There was more drama with Blues' man of the match Colin Doyle saving McIndoe's penalty deep into injury time.
Steve Bruce had the satisfaction of naming an unchanged side with all players fit to start against local rivals Wolves.
Wolves came flying out of the starting blocks and had Blues on the back foot immediately.
There were half-hearted appeals for a penalty when Seyi Olofinjana tumbled over under pressure from Radhi Jaidi.
Former Blues man Gary Breen was the first man in the book after only five minutes when he caught Nicklas Bendtner with a crude late challenge on the touchline.
Blues were looking a little jittery with the pressure of automatic promotion weighing heavily on their shoulders.
Wolves appeared to be adapting to the early kick-off more favourably than the visitors.
First shot of the game fell to Michael Kightly who curled his free-kick from outside the box just wide of the upright.
There were appeals for a Blues penalty in the 18th minute when McSheffrey got the better of Jackie McNamara and then appeared to be tripped by the full-back
but a corner was the decision.
A minute Larsson was fouled 25 yards from goal. McSheffrey stepped up to curl the ball inches over Matt Murray's bar.
Moments later Wolves were on the attack through McIndoe who had the Blues on the defensive.
Eventually the ball fell to Andy Keogh who crossed to Olofinjana but his header was wide.
Amazingly the game turned into attack versus defence with both teams taking their turn at trying to break the deadlock.
First chance came when Cole flicked the ball to Stephen Clemence who crashed his shot against the bar.
The ball bounced down to Jody Craddock who saw his clearance hit McSheffrey on the head and almost sneak in at the far post.

Finally the half-time whistle came and both sets of fans could look back on an amazing 45 minutes of football without a goal!
Half-time: Wolves 0 Blues 0
First shot of the half fell to Wolves five minutes into the half. McIndoe cut in from the left and hit a tame curling effort straight at Doyle.
Wolves danger-man Keogh had another chance minutes later with a shot from the edge of the box that fizzed past the post.
Incredibly Blues took the lead in the 54th minute with Cole grabbing his first goal in a Blues shirt.
It was route-one stuff with Doyle's free-kick flicked on by Bendtner to Cole who applied the deftest of touches past the advancing Murray and into an empty net.
Blues' hearts were in their mouths when McNamara flashed the ball across the six-yard box and the defence appeared to go into slow motion as everyone looked on but eventually the ball was hooked to safety.
Wolves went close again on the hour mark when McNamara floated the ball across to the far post where Bothroyd headed wide.
Cameron Jerome replaced goal scorer Cole in the 61st minute.

The game turned on a referee's decision when N'Gotty appeared to flatten Kightly in the penalty area but play-on was the decision.
Blues raced away with Cameron Jerome who won a corner. McSheffrey curled in the resultant kick to Bendtner who made no mistake with a bullet header to draw Blues level again.
Neill Collins continued his protestations after the goal and earned himself a booking.
Next in the book was McSheffrey for a late tackle on McNamara a minute later.

The referee's pen was getting hotter by the minute with Radhi Jaidi next in the book after conceding a free-kick on the edge of the box.

Bothroyd was replaced by Stephen Ward in the 87th minute.
