Midfielder Sebastian Larsson believes that Blues are capable of picking up three points against Wolves on Sunday.

Alex McLeish's side are unbeaten in four Premier League matches and Larsson admits that confidence is rightly high in the team ahead of the West Midlands derby.

However, the Swedish international expects a stern test against a Wolves outfit playing in front of their own fans.

"We go to Wolves in good confidence and we will be looking to get three points," said Larsson.

"It will be a tough game with a great atmosphere. Local derbies are brilliant - you want to play in these types of games. When you come away with three points there is nothing more satisfying.

"We might be favourites but we don't worry too much about that.

"It's a massive game for both of us and especially for Wolves as they can't afford to lose this game against us."

Despite goals being hard to come by this season for Blues, 11 in 13 matches, Larsson is not concerned by such a statistic.

"It's hard to know exactly why but scoring goals has been a problem because we have been very strong defensively and created a number of chances," he added.

"If we had been able to score I think we would have picked up a few more points but we keep working at it and believing. If we keep creating chances we are going to score."
