Blues have today requested the opportunity to attend an FA hearing relating to the charge of the club failing to control the players in an orderly fashion during the Second City derby against Aston Villa.
The charge, which the club has accepted, is centred on the players' behaviour towards referee Martin Atkinson following the decision to award Aston Villa a penalty late on in the game on 25 April 2010.
The hearing will give Blues the chance to put forward a plea of mitigation.
Meanwhile, Roger Johnson will attend a personal hearing this week following his comments made to the media after the match against Villa.
