Blues defender Roger Johnson has escaped a ban for comments made to the media following the Second City derby at Villa Park last month.
As previously stated here at bcfc.com Johnson requested an FA personal hearing and that was held today at the City of Manchester Stadium.
The centre-half was warned as to his future conduct and fined £7,500 but crucially will not be suspended for any matches at the start of the 2010-11 season.
Yesterday we also brought you news of how the club have requested a hearing to put forward mitigation after being a charge, which Blues have accepted, of failing to control players in an orderly fashion was levelled by the FA after the controversial 1-0 defeat at Villa on 25 April.
