Birmingham City Football Club is giving you the chance to have YOUR say about YOUR club.

As part of the board's Ten Point Pledge, the club is committed to the continual improvement of the infrastructure of the club, the fans' matchday experience, how we communicate with fans, plus the environment in which games are watched.

To that end we would like to hear your opinions and comments on how we are doing?

What are we getting right? What could we do better? And what would you like to see improved?

We have put together an online questionnaire and would really appreciate it if you could take five minutes to complete it.

The questionnaire covers a range of topics connected to the club and the results will be analysed and acted on where possible.

As well as giving you the chance to make a difference for you and your fellow supporters, one lucky person who completes the form will also receive a signed Blues shirt.
