TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION
The main Birmingham City ticket office is based at St. Andrew's on the Kop side of the ground.
Please note tickets are available on the day of the game but we do advise that you purchase in advance to avoid queuing by clicking here, calling 0844 557 1875 or by visiting the St. Andrew's Stadium Ticket Office.
If you do wish to purchase tickets on a matchday it is advisable to do so two hours before kick off as the Ticket Office at St. Andrew's to avoid busy periods
Plus season tickets are also available to purchase 24 hours a day 7 days a week on 0844 557 1875 or online by clicking here.

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday - 9am - 1pm (matchdays - 9am until kick off until 15 minutes after the match)*
Sunday - Closed

Dedicated collection point (only open on matchdays, located within the Blues Superstore car park on Cattell Road)
All pre-booked tickets for all areas of the Stadium must be collected from this point.

REFUNDS ON MATCH TICKETS
No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match, you will be entitled to receive a full refund or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
In order to obtain a refund, the Home Match Ticket must be returned to the Club's ticket office no later than 3 hours before the commencement of the Match. A refund will only be issued on production of identification that the individual requesting the refund is the person to whom the Home Match Ticket was originally sold. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the Ticket Office Manager.
FORGOTTON SEASON TICKET BOOKS (on matchdays)
In the event that you have forgotten your season ticket in respect of any individual match the club shall not be obliged to admit you or issue any other form of ticket for that match. If a match day duplicate ticket is issued the club will require cash payment ONLY for the relevant fixture. This cash payment is fully refundable ONLY if the ticket stub is issued along with the season ticket booklet with the relevant match voucher still intact is returned to the ticket office no later than 14 days after the match has been played.*

Please note we do not operate cash turnstiles on a matchday. In order to prevent disappointment tickets should be purchased in advance. If you do wish to purchase tickets on a matchday it is advisable to do so 2 hours before kick off as the Ticket Office at St. Andrew's will be very busy with collections after this time.
Under 12 and student tickets can only be purchased by calling the Ticket Office on 0844 557 1875 (opt 2) or by visiting the Ticket Office, St. Andrew's Stadium.
