Blues' Our City, Our Vision project has always been keen to back the wonderful work of our Armed Forces and tomorrow's game against Wigan Athletic further highlights that support.
An 'army' of servicemen and women will be inside St. Andrew's for the match versus the Latics after the club donated 200 tickets free of charge to the Tickets For Troops initiative.
Blues CEO Michael Dunford says: "This is the least we can do to highlight our support for the amazing work of our Armed Forces, who show remarkable determination and courage week in, week out.
"I hope the recipients of the tickets enjoy the game - I'm sure they'll play their part in getting right behind Blues and cheer us on to what we hope will be another three points."
Tickets For Troops Director Jonathan Mervis adds: "We are delighted that Birmingham City Football Club are supporting Tickets For Troops. It is a huge boost to the morale of the troops to know that their commitment and dedication is recognised by so many Premier League clubs across the country."
The Tickets For Troops scheme organises tickets for a multitude of sporting and entertainment events for soldiers who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
As well as the 200 Ticket For Troops tickets that have been allocated for today's fixture many other Armed Services members will also watch the game for just £5 - further evidence of Blues' support for our remarkable service men and women.
