Teenager Reece Hales joined the club's Academy at just 12-years-of-age.
Hales grew up in Kings Norton near the club’s Wast Hills Training Ground and made his debut for the under-18s, just after turning 15
His made his first team bow in January 2013 after coming on as a late subsitute in Blues' FA Cup third round tie away at Leeds United.
A hard-working player with an eye for goal, he has played in several positions over the years before settling on his striking role.
Hales signed a one-year professional contract (with a one-year option) in the summer of 2013.
