All the information you need to know about the ticket office
The main Birmingham City ticket office is based at St. Andrew's on the Kop side of the ground.
Tickets are available on the day of the game but we advise that you purchase in advance to avoid queuing by clicking HERE, calling 0844 557 1875 option 2 or by visiting St. Andrew's Stadium.
*Calls to 0844 557 1875 cost just 5p per minute when calling from a BT landline. Calls from any other network providers may vary.
Ticket Office.
If you do wish to purchase tickets on a matchday it is advisable to do so two hours before kick-off at the ticket office at St. Andrew's to avoid busy periods.

Kop Ticket Office opening hours
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday - 9am - 1pm (matchdays - 9am until kick-off until 15 minutes after the match)*
Sunday - Closed
Main Stand Ticket Office (only open on matchdays)
Matchday - 12 noon - kick off* or (three hours prior to kick-off)
Dedicated collection point (only open on matchdays, located within the Blues Superstore car park on Cattell Road)
All pre-booked tickets for all areas of the stadium must be collected from this point.
Matchday - 1.00pm to kick-off* (*Opening times may vary depending on kick-off time)
For tickets being collected before 1.00pm please go to the Customer Service desk at the Kop Ticket Office (window 7).

We have now opened a dedicated customer enquires and disabled access window, this is window 7 at the Kop Ticket Office.

Maestro cards - The club is no longer able to accept payments for tickets by Maestro Cards.
Refunds on match tickets
No guarantees can be given by the club that the match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The club reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the match, you will be entitled to receive a full refund or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged match via such application procedure as the club stipulates. The club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs. In order to obtain a refund, the home match ticket must be returned to the clubs ticket office no later than three hours before the commencement of the match. A refund will only be issued on production of identification that the individual requesting the refund is the person to whom the home match ticket was originally sold. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the ticket office manager.
Forgotten season access cards (on matchdays)
In the event that you have forgotten your season ticket in respect of any individual match the club shall not be obliged to admit you or issue any other form of ticket for that match. *
Under-12 and student tickets
These can only be purchased by calling the ticket office on 0844 557 1875 (opt 2) or by visiting the ticket office, St. Andrew's Stadium. These price classifications are not available online.
*Provided that sufficient identification is shown at the ticket office in relation to the season ticket holder and the particular seat purchased, at the discretion of the club, entry will be authorised if the ticket office manager is satisfied the season ticket belongs to the individual who has forgotten the season ticket in question.
