BluesTV terms and conditions of use
BluesTV provides a live and on-demand subscription service that allows our supporters to access matches, interviews, archived footage, and behind-the-scenes content streamed over the Internet to certain, computers and mobile devices.

1.1. Your BluesTV subscription will continue until terminated unless specifically stated otherwise.
1.2. Pay-Per-View passes are available for live content single use only and do not grant you access to any on-demand content.
1.3. To use the BluesTV service you must have Internet access and a BluesTV ready device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.
1.4. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).
1.5. We may offer a number of subscription plans and pay-per-view passes, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services.
1.6. Some subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

2. Free trials and vouchers
2.1. Your BluesTV subscription may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members and certain former members to try the service before re-entering an on-going subscription.
2.2. Free trial eligibility is determined by Birmingham City FC and the EFL at their sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible.
2.3. Members of households with an existing or recent BluesTV subscription are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment, IP address, or an account email address used with an existing or recent BluesTV subscription to determine eligibility.
2.4. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
2.5. We will charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.
2.6. Subscription plans and pay-per-view passes which are accessed by voucher code or during a free trial period hold no value and therefore no refund or compensation will be issued in the event of loss of access to the service during this time.
3. Billing and cancellation
3.1. The subscription fee for the BluesTV service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page.
3.2. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you sign-up for the service.
3.3. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
3.4. To use the BluesTV service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
3.5. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
3.6. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
3.7. You can update your Payment Methods by clicking here. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
3.8. You can cancel your BluesTV subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the BluesTV service through the end of your billing period.
3.9. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial - month membership periods or unwatched BluesTV content.
3.10. You can cancel your subscription by clicking here or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org from the account you use to access the service.
3.11. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
3.12. By purchasing a BluesTV subscription, you have chosen to receive your subscription benefits immediately. You will not, therefore, be entitled to cancel the contract during any fourteen day ‘cooling off’ period in law, nor receive a refund of the fee paid. This does not affect any other rights you may have at law, including where we are at fault.
The BluesTV service
4.1. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to subscribe to BluesTV. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
4.2. The BluesTV service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household.
4.3. During your BluesTV subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the BluesTV service and view BluesTV content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
4.5. You agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the BluesTV service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the BluesTV service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the BluesTV service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the BluesTV service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method.
4.7. The minimum connection speed of 0.5 Mbps is required to access the service and a download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to view live streams and content without interruption.
4.8. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
Software and devices
5.1. Due to broadcasting restrictions and regulations, BluesTV ready devices are required to access some live video content. Mobile and tablet device users should download the Birmingham City app in advance of your subscription purchase to check that your device is eligible to stream.
5.2. Laptop and desktop users are required to meet the following hardware and software criteria: (Windows): 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks; 32- and 64-bit (unless noted): Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and later new Windows releases; latest versions of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome; 1GB (32-bit) or 2GB (64-bit) of RAM; 128MB of graphics memory.
5.3. Refunds will not be issued in the event of incompatible devices.
5.4. Subscribers only permitted to watch content simultaneously on one device per account.
5.5. The quality of the display of BluesTV content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.
5.6. BluesTV software is developed by, or for, Birmingham City FC and is designed to enable viewing of BluesTV content through BuesTV ready devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities and features may also differ between devices.
5.7. You acknowledge that the use of the service may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of the BluesTV and related third-party software.
6.1. You may view BluesTV content primarily within the country in which you have established your subscription plan and only in geographic locations where we offer our service and have licensed such content.
6.2. The content that may be available to watch will vary by geographic location and will change from time to time. If you change location during the course of your contract you may be unable to continue to view some content, particularly live video content.
6.3. For match footage shown on a live basis (available in certain geographical territories only) not all Club matches will be available for viewing on a ‘live’ basis. This is due to, among other things, restrictions with television broadcasting. In these instances, we will allow access to the live audio commentary.
6.4. The use of location-blocking software such as VPNs, or changing an IP address to view the website from a different country is strictly forbidden. Birmingham City reserves the right to suspend the account of any supporter that we believe to be using one of the previously stated means of location-altering.
Accounts and passwords
7.1. The subscriber who created the BluesTV account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Account Owner") has access and control over the BluesTV account and the BluesTV ready devices that are used to access our service and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the BluesTV account.
7.2. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the BluesTV ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone.
7.3. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, BluesTV or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
8.2. BluesTV does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for BluesTV content, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to BluesTV.
8.4. Refunds for BluesTV subscriptions will only be available solely at the Club’s discretion. Please email email@example.com for all queries.
8.6. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.
