All you need to know: Kicks is a national Premier League campaign aimed at inspiring young people to get active in their local communities. The campaign not only provides sporting opportunities but also offers the opportunity to gain qualifications, voluntary work and other experiences. The sessions are open to all genders and abilities for those aged 8-18 years old and are free to attend.
The latest programme vision:
- To inspire children and young people to achieve their potential and improve their wellbeing; working together to build stronger, safer and more inclusive communities.
- We aim to work in partnership with young people, the police and other stakeholders to support the younger generation with the social challenges they face and to improve community safety. Using sport, mentoring and workshops to help develop and support the young people we engage with and create opportunities for them.
Where and when: We run sessions throughout the week across the City, contact Chantel for further information.
