Fitfans is a 12-week lifestyle change programme which is funded by the EFL Trust. The goals of the programme are aimed around losing weight and leading a more active lifestyle. The programme is FREE to sign up for, and we offer both male and female cohorts throughout the year.
ELIGIBILITY: To apply for the programme, you need to meet the following criteria. Aged between 35-65 years old. Have a BMI of over 28
The sessions are a mix of theory and practical, sessions aiming to give you the knowledge and motivation to achieve your fitness goals. Sessions can be fully adapted to meet the needs and goals of the participants, so even if you have not exercised for a long time, we would be able to deliver something suitable for you.
We deliver our FITFANS programme at St Andrews Stadium on the following days:
- Monday Evenings 6:00pm-7:30pm – FEMALE PARTICIPANTS – Sessions are based in the Ultimo GG Bar (Main Stand)
- Thursday Evenings 6:00pm-7:30pm – MALE PARTICIAPNTS – Sessions are based in the Ultimo GG Bar (Main Stand)

BCFC Community Trust also deliver two weekly fitness Bootcamp sessions at St. Andrew's which are funded through Club sponsor, Impact. These sessions cater for all fitness levels and the trained fitness instructors will provide an adaption to all exercises where required. Sessions are FREE OF CHARGE and accessible to anyone over the age of 18. To book on to our next Bootcamp commencing January 2022 please email firstname.lastname@example.org

All participants are required to dress in suitable clothing to participate in exercise and will need a drink
