Blues' hosting of Sunderland moved for broadcast

23 September 2022

Blues' home game against Sunderland has been brought forward following the latest round of television picks.

The fixture, which is Birmingham City's last before the Sky Bet Championship pauses for the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, is set to be shown live on the Sky Sports Football channel.

As a result, the visit of Tony Mowbray's Black Cats to B9 will now take place on Friday 11 November, kick-off 8pm, on the back of the rearranged hosting of Swansea City.

Ticket details for the fixture will be communicated in due course.

Blues will line up against Sunderland for the first time since January 2018 when David Davis, Jeremie Boga and Sam Gallagher were all on target in a 3-1 win at St. Andrew’s.
