Blues’ Louise Quinn nominated for Player of the Month

Louise Quinn has received a nomination for April’s Player of the Month in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.
The captain led Blues to a battling point and clean sheet versus Everton at St. Andrew’s towards the start of the month, producing yet another imperious defensive display in B9.
This was followed up by an equally impressive rearguard performance on the road at Brighton & Hove Albion, supplemented by Quinn’s double at the business end as the visitors ran out 1-3 winners.
