Matchday Information: Plymouth Argyle

Matchday information ahead of our Emirates FA Cup third round tie with Plymouth Argyle.

Arthur’s programme:

As announced this week, today’s game will be the first annual Arthur’s Memorial Matchday and as part of the fundraising effort, special Arthur programmes have been designed and created. As well as a dedicated front cover, details on how you can donate to the charities this matchday will be supporting can be found inside.

For every sale, the Club will donate £1 to the NSPCC, with programme partners Ignition Sports Media matching the total raised. To buy your Arthur Memorial Matchday programme, please click here.

Player interaction after games:

With two games already postponed and COVID-19 cases still reaching record numbers, it is with regret that the Club have asked all players to not interact with fans after games. We appreciate this is an important part of the matchday experience for many fans, however the safety of the players is paramount to avoid losing any key players or having further games called off.

Stewards will be escorting players to their cars, and whilst the players are usually happy to stop to sign shirts and take photos, the Club has made it clear to players this will not be allowed currently.

When it is safe to do so in the near future, the Club will be continuing with signing sessions similar to the Troy Deeney event in December, so that supporters of all ages can meet their favourite players.

We thank you for your support with this matter.

COVID-19 checks:

Upon arriving at the stadium, each stand will operate a new queuing system that all fans will be required to enter prior to heading to the turnstiles. At this point, stewards will ask to be shown one of the following:

✅ A valid digital NHS Covid pass (all double vaccinated people can access this here)

✅ A printed NHS Covid pass (click here to order your paper pass – these can take up to 10 working days)

✅ Proof of a recent negative LFT or PCR test, within 48 hours of kick-off (email or text message from NHS)

Please note, these are the only three forms of proof that will be accepted. The card you receive after getting your vaccine will not be accepted.

We thank you for your co-operation and continued support.
