2015/16 Blues kit update

As previously communicated to supporters, for reasons beyond our control there has been an unfortunate delay in the Club receiving its retail allocation of 2015/16 home and away kits and we have been unable to announce any accurate dates for sale until it received confirmation of a specific date for delivery.

The Club was expecting kits to be available in advance of this year’s school summer holidays, but unfortunately this was not possible.

However, we wish to reassure our supporters the Club fully appreciates the importance placed in having new kit available in good time, is equally disappointed with the delays experienced and is already taking steps to ensure that such delays are not repeated in the future.

We can now confirm the following sale dates for the 2015/2016 home and away kits: 

The away kit will go on sale in-store and online on Thursday, 10 September, with the home kit available from Tuesday, 15 September ahead of our home fixture against Nottingham Forest.
 
All UK based supporters who pre-ordered and placed their order before 7 August 2015 will receive their items on the following dates, and the Club will be waiving all UK courier/postage fees connected to the despatch of all pre-ordered replica shirts and the Woven in History Package.

• Pre-ordered away kit will be received on Thursday, 10 September *
• Woven in History packages will be received on Friday, 11 September *
• Pre-ordered home kit will be received on Tuesday, 15 September *

If you have previously chosen to collect either your Woven in History or pre-ordered shirt but now wish to take up the offer of free postage, please contact the Blues Store before Friday, 4 September to inform us of the change.The Blues Store can be contacted by visiting the store in person, calling 0344 557 1875 or emailing blues.direct@bcfc.com

If you pre-ordered your Woven in History or replica shirt in store or, over the telephone, and have already pre-paid for postage please email blues.direct@bcfc.com with a contact telephone number and someone will call you to arrange your postage refund.

We take this opportunity to sincerely apologise again to all fans for any disappointment and we thank you for your patience, understanding and support.

*All pre-ordered kit/shirts will be despatched via courier to arrive on the dates stipulated above. We cannot guarantee the above delivery dates if no one is available at the delivery address to sign/accept for delivery of goods.
