Blues fans - your Club needs you

Back in August 2015 season the Club introduced quarterly meetings with our registered supporter groups to discuss issues affecting supporters that arise during the season and so that we can directly address questions from our fans.

The Club remains committed to this model of engagement which we believe provides a productive interface between the Club and our supporters on a wide range of issues though formal, structured dialogue.

The Club have established a positive working relationship with our registered supporter groups and a representative from each group will continue to be invited attend each meeting.

However, the Club, in line with recently published Government recommendations, are keen to ensure that supporters unaffiliated with existing supporters groups are provided with an equal opportunity to interact with us

Moving forward, from June 2016, the Club will request applications from eight supporters, who are not affiliated to any supporters groups, to nominate themselves to take part at the supporters meetings for a one-year term. 

Potential candidates are invited to provide a short statement to of no more than 200 words outlining why they wish to take part at the forums by 1 July 2016.

The eight successful candidates will be invited to attend the next scheduled meeting at St. Andrew’s in August 2016 and sit on the supporters forum until May 2017. In May 2017 the Club will then seek eight new supporters to join the forum.
