Official: James Vaughan joins Bury

The striker originally joined on loan from Huddersfield Town in November, 2015 and his stay was made permanent during the summer.

The former Everton trainee however, has found chances limited this season with his only appearance coming in the EFL Cup first round home fixture against Oxford United.

In total, Vaughan made 21 First Team appearances.

Bury, who are currently managed by David Flitcroft, sit 14th in League One with four points from four games.

Their sole win this season came on the opening day, when former Blues midfielder Neil Danns opened the scoring in a 2-0 win over Charlton.

The Club would like to thank James for his services and we wish him all the best in the future.
