As part of the scheme, players who show promising potential will have the opportunity to progress through the player development pathways at Birmingham City Football Club. This includes BCLFC’s Regional Talent Club for girls and the BCFC Academy for the boys.
Prizes and rewards for development will be given throughout the programme to encourage progression and there will also be discounted tickets on selected BCFC fixtures at St. Andrew’s.
