Blues raise £7,230 for Cure Leukaemia

All funds raised will allow patients with blood cancer in our region to access the remarkably effective new treatments which were then becoming available.

The Club raised the money at ‘An Evening with Harry Redknapp’ which took place at Edgbaston last month. 

As the chosen charity of the evening, all funds raised will allow patients with blood cancer in our region to access the remarkably effective new treatments which were then becoming available.

The money was raised through a raffle, a signed Harry Redknapp shirt interactive auction and a generous donation from Dennis Dowling.

Each shirt was sold for £300 will all winners given matchday hospitality in the Jasper Carrott Suite for our fixture against Crawley Town. 

The guests were then able to the meet the Manager, alongside James McLaughlin CEO of Cure Leukaemia and Bluenose Lizzie Dean who is sadly suffering from illness.
