Every area that you could possibly think of where you could score a goal has been done.

Steve Cotterill says that every avenue is being explored to improve Blues' goalscoring record.

Blues are the lowest scorers in the division, with 10.

One of the Blues' main issues has been the lack of gilt-edged chances created by the side.

"We probably do need more creativity," said Cotterill.

"It's not going to be a change in tactics.

"Why would we not want to score a goal? There is always a tactic, a way, a run, there is always something we do.

"Whether it's trying to set up a throw-in to get a cross in because we have got people in the box who can get on the end of a cross to score a goal.

"Every area that you could possibly think of where you could score a goal has been done.

"Possession, counter-attack, throw-in, free-kick, corner, wide free-kick, it's all worked on every week to get us a goal.

"Long throw, I don't know what other scenarios we could set up there?"

Cotterill also believes that Blues have not necessarily had the rub of the green in front of goal.

"I see plenty of goals go in, in the Championship where they are scruffy deflections," he continued.

"When I see the other night where apparently we have not had a shot on target - we have, we have had four shots on target. What it doesn't say is we have had four shots on target but they have all been blocked.

"What would be nice to happen is for one of them blocks not to be a really good block. And we make enough blocks as well. I would like one of their blocks to be mistimed and hit one of them on the shin and deflect in the other corner.

"We haven't really had a lot of luck on that. But we keep trying."
