Kemy Agustien gets another run-out as an overage player after appearing at Ipswich Town last week.
Dan Scarr and Josh Dacres-Cogley return to the group.
Blues dominated their last match, at home to QPR, but were held to a goal less draw on Tuesday.
Agustien has been training with Blues for a number of weeks.
The 32-year-old free agent spent a season at the Club in 2008-09, when Blues won promotion to the Premier League.
Asked about the midfielder's likely future, Manager Garry Monk spoke to the media about his former Swansea City team mate at his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight's West Bromwich Albion fixture.
"I know Kemy from my Swansea days. He's had a couple of years of difficulties in terms of the level he's played at.
"I'm someone who knows him very well and someone who believes that players deserve that second opportunity, to come in and see if they can train at that level again and get back up to a level of fitness.
"He's done really well and he's great around the group. He's done a lot of training with the Under-23s and the First Team, so we've mixed it in between.
"And talking to the Under-23s coaches and obviously seeing him myself with the players and the First team, he's a really good character and lends experience as well. He's working hard every day to get his fitness to a level, that's what I wanted him to do at this moment in time."
Blues have one more signing they can make under the restrictions imposed by the EFL. Could it be Agustien?
Monk said: "I would never say never. But at this moment in time it's just about Kemy and him working hard and getting himself to a level of fitness to do himself justice. If that led to something here fantastic, or if it led to him being able to go somewhere else, then you've played a small part in helping him to do that."
Admission is free to Season Ticket Holders and Blues Loyalty members, otherwise it is £4 and £2.
