BSWAID are asking Blues fans to donate £1 and toiletries at the Continental Cup game at the Automated Technology Group Stadium, kick-off 7.30pm.
Blues are dedicating Wednesday night's match against Bristol City to Birmingham & Solihull Women’s Aid (BSWAID).
With Christmas only weeks away, the Women’s official charity partner is working tirelessly with the city’s vulnerable women and children to give them a time to remember this festive season.
To help spread some cheer this Christmas for those in need, BSWAID are asking Blues fans to donate £1 and toiletries at the Continental Cup game at the Autotech Stadium, Solihull Moors, kick-off 7.30pm.
Items required are:
BSWAID will have volunteers situated around the stadium to collect the monies and items. There will also be a raffle to win signed Blues prizes with all proceeds going to the Club’s charity partner.
BSWAID supports women and children affected by all forms of violence. They provide an invaluable service for vulnerable women and their families in the Birmingham area through a range of support including an anonymous helpline, community and central drop-in services and emergency accommodation in various refuges across the city.
